Front Bumper Grommet

This front bumper grommet is a direct replacement for your 1940 Chevrolet models including KF, KP, and Master 85 series. Made with fully molded rubber, it features a hollow construction just like the original, ensuring proper fit and function. The grommet measures 3-7/16" outside length, 2-5/8" outside width, with a 1-7/16" by 1/2" inside hole and 1-5/16" height. It replaces factory part #3654115 and helps cushion and secure the bumper to your vehicle, preventing metal-on-metal contact and reducing vibration.

Installation Tip: Remove the old, worn grommet carefully and press this new one into the bumper mounting area until fully seated. Using a lubricant like soapy water can ease installation.
