Fuel Neck Grommet

This fuel neck grommet is designed to fit various 1939-1946 Chevrolet Panel Delivery, Suburban Carryall, and related models. It features the proper retaining flange and an oval shape to ensure a snug, leak-free seal around the fuel filler neck.

Dimensions include 3-3/4" width, 4-1/2" length, and 3/4" height, with a top hole measuring 2-1/16" by 2-7/16". The metal retaining flange spans 3-15/16" for secure mounting. This grommet replaces factory part #3800461 and helps maintain the original fuel system integrity.

Installation Tips: Remove the old grommet carefully to avoid damage to the fuel neck. Clean the mounting surface before pressing the new grommet into place, ensuring the flange seats firmly against the sheet metal. This prevents fuel vapor leaks and keeps dirt and moisture out.
