Side window leading edge

This side window vertical leading edge weatherstrip fits the rear side windows on 1968-1969 Ford and Mercury 2-door hardtop models when fully raised. Made of molded authentic rubber with a metal core, it ensures a snug, weatherproof seal to keep out wind and moisture. Note that this part does not include the chrome trim that attaches directly to the glass.

Installation is straightforward: carefully remove the old strip from the vertical edge of the rear side window, then press the new weatherstrip firmly into place along the window edge to restore proper sealing. Check the Matching Vehicles tab to confirm fitment before ordering.
