This Steering Column at Floor Grommet is molded from high-quality EPDM rubber, crafted to match original specifications for a perfect fit and seal. It fits around the chrome ring at the floor on all 1947-1955 Cadillac models, except 1948. This part replaces factory #1453071 and is made in the USA.
